Generational Healing
Your DNA carries more than just your grandmother’s eyes or your father’s height—it also holds invisible imprints of your ancestors’ life experiences. By connecting to your ancestors in sacred space, energy and patterns that originated from trauma that weigh you and your living family members down can be cleared from your lineage, freeing you and your future generations from these inherited burdens.
Generational Healing® is intentional way of receiving healing from your ancestors that will leave you feeling grounded, lighter, and more open-hearted. It is a beautiful collaborative relationship full of love and compassion to heal with your ancestral line. This is more than just an energy healing session. It is a sacred ceremony.
This work may only be done by a Certified Generational Healer®, trained and initiated byDeborah Skye King of the International Soul Therapy School® in Canada.
In the first 10 minutes, I will be fully present with you, offering clear guidance on how to prepare and what to expect. This time is about helping you feel safe, supported, and fully present before we begin the energetic work.
For the next 35-40 minutes, you’ll lay down in a comfortable position as I facilitate the healing. I tune into both your maternal and paternal lineages, tracking inherited trauma, karmic imprints, and unresolved energy that’s ready to be released.
This sacred process invites forward your ancestors and the specific patterns they wish to help heal such as fear, abandonment, survival struggles, grief and loss, or other inherited burdens.
After the healing is complete, I will share what your ancestors brought forward and what was released. You’ll have the space to reflect, process, and ask questions for additional clarity.
You may feel emotional at this stage as you’ll begin to see how the personal challenges in your life have mirrored the wounds carried in your lineage.
In a single session you can begin to:
- Feel more present, safe, and grounded in your physical body
- Feel more mentally clear and emotionally lighter
- Begin to open your heart to universal love
- Develop more compassion
- Feel the love of your ancestors showing up to support you
- Build a conscious spiritual relationship with your ancestors
